Ok we are at Cascade River State Park in Minn. and just back from a 3 hour hike up to the waterfalls and Lookout Mountain.  I still haven't figured out how can't get Pat's photos from his phone until I download them to my computer and his phone is out of juice for now.  So this is an update.  We have 3G hotspot here so I should be able to write some more tonight. I am hoping Ben will tell me this plant to the left is the one I can use as toilet paper??? It is allover the mountain. The plant has white flowers and berries that look something like blackberries just as the are forming? More driftwood art to the right.  We will be in Minn. for the next 2 days and then onto N. Dakota.  We haven't decided where we will camp next but hopefully we will have communications and can let people know.  Please everyone comment if you can.  Stefani

  1. Stefani and Pat… Keep the posts coming. You're covering territory that's all new to me. Mountain hiking, waterfalls, deciding on the road where to camp next - sounds great. John p.s. I'm no naturalist but I'm pretty sure that you should NOT use the stuff in the picture on the right for toilet paper.
